The release will encompass 11 remarkable limited editions, originating from treasure hidden throughout boutique distilleries’ warehouses across Speyside and Highlands, Scotland – all of which are bottled as natural cask strength whiskies.

A 29-Month Challenge

Dr. Craig Wilson
Single Cask Master
At the geek feast, Dr. Craig Wilson detailed his expertise with 13 fellow master blenders on the processes and methods that transpired during the 29-month cask selection for the Flora & Fauna Reserve Cask Private Collection.
"This project was a priceless experience as a monumental landmark in my professional career history.
The selection of high-quality single casks from 11 locations was challenging to say the least – but fascinating as all the rare liquids survived from the 80s and 90s. These high quality single casks not only reflect original distillery character, but also highlight the unique and charismatic style of oak barrels. This is the principle adhered to during the process of hand selection.
After examining warehouses inventory records, we carefully sampled rare treasures distilled from 1988 to 1997, with dozens of repetitious comparisons and maturation monitoring to ensure that the casks reached peak bottling periods. I am abundantly pleased to witness the rare 11 single cask single malts with Chinese collectors who embrace values of distillery characteristics."
