This specified Whisky Pairing research work, which spans thirteen provinces and administrative regions across China and joint by thirty-two voluntary local whisky connoisseurs, which the research program was originated from the provocation of Whisky Pairing course for Chinese dining in the DWA Level-2 course.

In the past three years, rigorous reasoning and research have been carried out across different regions, and the Whisky Pairing exploration has gone on with the passion of whisky consumers in China.

DWA has continuously explored whisky pairing toward Chinese food in the past seven years, which has sowed the seeds of inspiration for whisky pairing toward Chinese cuisine, The chief consultant of DWA, Mr. Ching Sheng Lu advocates that in the daily dining occasions of Chinese people, the Chinese food should be considered as the "SUBJECT", and then the pairing liquor should play an associate role as the "OBJECT". As the world's first whisky boutique takes root in China and officially enters its seventh year, leaders at all levels in the Greater China of Diageo reviewed the past six years of the cooperative results with the members of Triwin.
